Refurbishment Standards:

1. New control panel, new steering wheel, new radio, new seats, new bed, air conditioning, panel, horn, lights, etc., all in normal use.

2. Radiator and intercooler replacement, full replacement and refilling of engine oil, transmission, coolant, etc. Transmission hanger bushing replacement, replacement of a complete set of mufflers, muffler soft connections, and clamps.

3. Engine with a new set of four-in-one parts. Transmission overhaul with replacement of clutch disc and pressure plate. Clutch slave cylinder and master cylinder inspection and replacement.

4. Replacement of fuel tank, fuel float, tightening straps, fuel tank gasket, brand new fuel pipes, replacement of air oil filter, oil filter tightening straps, replacement of bracket, gas cylinder, gas cylinder tightening straps, replacement of brand new battery, battery cover, and battery switch (ensuring that all steel plate rubber supports are intact, and damaged are replaced). Replacement of all chassis pull rods and ball joints.

5. Inspection and maintenance of front axle oil seal shaft head. Inspection of rear ax, oil seal, brake pads, brake drums, and brake air chamber, all in good condition without damage or leakage, all brake pads are replaced, and electrical circuits are in normal. The rear axle AC16 large shaft head is maintenance-free. Rear leaf spring with 12 plates.
