Core configuration and technical highlights

1. Power system

● Engine:

Standard Weichai WP10/WP12 high-pressure common engine, 220 horsepower (about 162 kW), meeting the national four emission standards. Torque reserve >35%, lowspeed high-torque characteristics are prominent, suitable for heavy-duty bulldozing and climbing operations.

● Fuel efficiency:

Intelligent electronic control injection   hydraulic converter lock-up function, comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by about 8-10% compared to the previous generation (National III).

2. Transmission system

Hydraulic torque converter:

Three-element single-stage torque converter, with a torque ratio of up to 3.2, the traction force is significantly improved (the maximum force can reach the 25-ton class).

● Transmission:

Planetary gear power shift (front 3 rear 3 gears), supports the " downshift when braking" function, and prevents the engine from stalling.

● Steering system:

Fully hydraulic wet steering clutch   brake integrated design, the steering force only 2 N·m (easy to operate with one hand), and the life is more than 2 times that of the dry clutch
