● Engine:

Komatsu self-developed S4D87E direct-injection engine, 41.5 horsepower (31kW), meeting China IV/Euro V standards (no urea required).

●Upgrade points:

electronic control-pressure common rail   turbocharged intercooler, low-speed torque increased by 12% (maximum torque burst at 1,500 rpm).

●Fuel consumption:

E mode only 4.3L/hour (municipal light load), heavy load P mode 5.1L/hour, the lowest the same class.

2. Hydraulic System

Intelligent Hydraulic Management:

● CLSS-X system:

dynamic flow distribution, the bucket speed does not decrease when boom is prioritized (excavation efficiency ↑18%).

● Dual pump flow:

bucket digging force 43.6kN (strongest in the5.6-ton class), can pry medium weathered rocks.

● Attachment Adaptation:

Pre-installed ISO 16028 quick- pipelines (support hydraulic hammer/drill/grapple), switch time <2 minutes.
